Terms of Service

Last updated October 8, 2026

These terms govern your use of myQR. By creating a QR code or an account you agree to them. This is a starting template — have it reviewed for your business and jurisdiction.

1. The service

myQR turns links you provide into QR codes. Each code points to a short link on our servers that redirects to your link, so we can show scan statistics and let paying customers change the destination. We do not host files.

2. Free trial

Each person may create one free QR code without an account. A free code works for 7 days from creation. After that it stops redirecting and scanners see an "expired" notice. You can reactivate the same code at any time by subscribing to a paid plan.

3. Paid plans

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account; your codes keep working until the end of the period you paid for and then stop redirecting. Resubscribing reactivates them. Refunds follow our refund policy.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for phishing, malware, scams, illegal content, spam, or to infringe the rights of others. We may block codes and suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice or refund.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep the service online but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is".

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
